Deductible Interest You may not know this, but interest paid through the financing of any home improvement project can be deducted on your annual tax return. This adds even more to your overall savings and gives you an extra incentive to finance your new metal roof through one of our generous financing programs.
Return on Investment As a home improvement, metal roofs present an excellent investment. In the short term, the premium addition of a metal roof adds tremendous value to your home's resale potential and in the long term, savings on repairs and reroofs more than pay for your investment.
Energy Savings Many people don't realize the significant energy savings that comes with the installation of a metal roof. In summer, metal roofs reflect the heat while trapping in cool air. In winter, metal roofs insulate hour home, reducing your heating costs. Overall, energy bill savings can be as high as 30%.
